Vending machines are a smart and simple way to enhance your location, from visual appeal to employee performance and morale. In an office environment, easy access to a wide variety of snacks and drinks is a perk for employees, allowing them to remain on-site during lunch and break periods. Pre-packaged salads, sandwiches and microwaveable meals are often a favorite in office breakrooms. In warehouse and industrial facilities, employees may work long shifts performing energy-intensive tasks, requiring frequent "refueling". Sodas, energy drinks and candy options are sources of quick energy and are best-sellers in these environments. In gyms and athletic facilities, members often prefer a variety of energy bars, protein shakes and rehydration products. A modern, aesthetically-pleasing vending machine can also increase foot-traffic at your location, turning passersby into potential customers.

Here's How It Works:

1. Browse our selection of FREE vending machines

Most modern machines can be configured to accept any combination of coin, bill, credit card and/or digital payments. The exception is the AI-powered Smart machines that utilize a "grab & go" concept in which customers use their credit card or digital payment method to unlock the door, grab whichever and as many  products as they want, close the door and simply walk away. Cameras integrated into the machine use AI to recognize which products were removed and charge the customers' payment method accordingly.

2. Find a suitable location

All machines require a standard 3-prong US outlet (110~120V/60Hz). Elevator access is required for installation on non-ground floors. Also keep in mind that our staff must be able to access the machine for re-stocking and maintenance. We'll monitor the machine's inventory remotely so the machine never runs out of products. We stock and service machines for free between 6am-6pm, according to your operating hours. If you prefer to only have machines stocked and serviced outside of our normal hours, we can accommodate most requests for a fee. Machines located in areas restricted by locked doors (key, access card, fingerprint, etc) can only be serviced and stocked during your normal operating hours or in the presence of someone you authorize.

3. Determine product selection

We can select the best products to offer in your machine based on local sales data for similar location types. This is almost always the best choice, especially in high-usage locations like warehouses, industrial facilities, multi-office buildings and parks or public-use facilities. In smaller offices or "niche" locations, another effective method of product selection is to survey your employees or customers. Please note that sales data for all self-selected products will be reviewed for the first 60 days and periodically thereafter to ensure they meet minimum sales goals. Self-selected products deemed to be in low demand may be replaced by higher-demand products.

4. Tell us when you want your machine. We'll deliver, install and stock your machine for free!

Machines can usually be up-and-running at your location within 10 calendar days. If we do not have your preferred machine in stock, we'll let you know and we can either order it for you or you can select a similar alternative. If we need to order a machine, it must be delivered to us so that we can inspect it and verify that it is fully functional. To compensate for your wait, we will prioritize your delivery and installation so that it is no more than 5 calendar days after we receive the machine.

Is It Really FREE?

The machine itself, delivery to your location, installation, programming, inventory monitoring, stocking and all maintenance and repairs are provided at NO COST to you. The only operating expense you are responsible for is the cost of the electricity required to power the machine(s). Machines use approximately 5-15 kWh per day depending on type, size and location. If you require that our access to the machine(s) for normal servicing and stocking can only be done outside of the hours of 6am-6pm, this will result in a fee to be determined by the estimated or average frequency of visitation (average means the average number of visits per month during the most recent 3 calendar months). Lastly, you are responsible for the original purchase price that we paid for the machine if it is located in an unsecured area and such machine is stolen, lost or otherwise unrecoverable. "Unsecured area" means a location that is not within a locked or access-controlled facility or a location in which a machine is not constantly monitored by you or your employee(s) or by video camera.
